Direct Sales - Stuff a Friend

December 9, 2006 | Author: Eve Lester | Filed under: Working at Home

Direct sales is a great way to get into business for yourself, some are free, although those are harder to find, and some cost only a little to start. I would start with a free one to get your feelings for it, see if you will even enjoy it. One I have enjoyed is Stuff a Friend. They are free, and have great pricing structures.
They have a decent message board, although I am not there as often as I need to be, if you are able to devote a little time to something like this, it would be well worth it.

Direct sales is not for everyone, I personally am not a great salesperson, but I enjoy it and because it is free, I do not have to worry about wasting money if it doesn’t work. This is one of those companies that would be great at craft fairs, flea markets, day cares, etc. You can even do parties and such. You get your own website, but would need to buy a domain name and have it forwarded to have an actual domain name.

[…] Back in December I featured Stuff-a-Friend as a great direct sales home business opp. Another wonderful opportunity is from Scent-Sations, Inc. offering MiaBella Candles as direct sales. While I have not tried this business yet, I have a few friends online that have and it is very successful. You simply sign up for the candle a month program for only $39.95 a month, and you get the wholesale discounts and distributor materials. […]
