Adding PodCasts to your site

Alot of businesses and bloggers alike are now doing pod casts, these are audio ‘posts’ to place on your site or blog. They can be on any subject, or as a tutorial, story, etc. If you are intrested in starting to do podcasts, you can get Free Podcast hosting and storage here. I have not yet gonr the podcast route, as I have had an almost permanent cold, so no one wants to hear my rustic sounding voice right now :-) But in time, I plan on doing a few just to try them out. It is free, why not?
