Business Info Site

Found a great site about business information; Manta. It has a monthly newsletter, access to credit reports, lots of free tools, tips and more. They also have business profiles to research and investigate. A very good resource if you are trying to see to a company, you always want to research the company first, know what they are about, know their weak points, etc.

A great resource for business and start ups, learn how others work, who your clients are, and more. Be sure to check this out, and it is free, so you have nothing to loose.

Writing for money

Well, I have a number of options to work right now. I recently got the option to possibly write a few editorials for a local magazine, but I need to talk to the owner first to see what he thinks. I also write some with Associated Content, but that is not very profitable per article. My husband is pushing me to apply at our local city newspaper, and try to write for them; however I am almost certain they will be a free job, I just do not see getting a job with the newspaper!

However it is a good option to get some experience, I would love to see my name in print, and it would be an interesting position. It is something to think about.
