birthdayTrying to be remembered is key in keeping a decent client base. Even if you are selling cloth diapers, you will at some point have a list of emails and will have a choice to make… do I send them what everyone else sends them… a simple newsletter once a month, orrr, do I send them a great newsletter and e-cards? I think that if a company sent me a card on my birthday, valentines day, etc, I would be much more inclined to buy from them again. Take eCards, they have a ton of free, funny birthday eCards as well as tons of other occasions. You can set these up to be set at intervals, holidays, etc. And can get a membership with more options for only 13.99 a year. So for under 14 dollars, you can set up all of your customers to get a e-card on every holiday, their birthday, special events, etc.
