organizing other peoples homes and offices
assistant work, typing, etc
answering service
blogging
how to site on your favorite topics
web design
graphic design
selling products
crafts
consignment via ebay, listing other peoples items on ebay for them for a % or fee

so what are some of yours, just off the top of your head.
