One popular way to have a home business is to do web design, I do it part time and have made a good income from it. This article about business advice for web designers
has a a to z list of tips to get you started. I wish I had found this when I first started, it would have saved me a ton of hassle! My favorite piece of advice there is the one to kick bad customers to the curb quickly. If only I had done that, I may still be doing web design full time instead of extremely part time now because I do not enjoy it. Anyway, check it out, alot of great tips.
