So, Pay per post just released a new opp, asking us to guess what big news they are about to release. Hmmmm, lots of creativity allowed here, I love that. Pay per post is the company that lets you post ads on blogs and pays bloggers. Anyway, in the next few weeks, they say they will be releasing some big news, heck, this could be anything!
Some of the other posties are saying that they finally got Michael Arrington of TechCrunch join in and be a blogger, but I don’t think so, that wouldn’t be big news to me, if he joins, cool, if not, oh well, he is a great successful blogger either way. Others are saying things like they are buying google, or selling to google. Maybe even buying another pay per post type company, who knows.
My top 5 goals….

Blogging can put things into perspective, sitting and trying to think of a good topic, figuring out what you want to read, what I want to say. It can be challenging. I love working from home, and I love helping others find an at home job and be successful. But in order to know what you want to do with your life, you need to sit and think of what are your goals in life. Hopefully this will help us better find a position suitable for a long term stint.
1. Have a nice home, in a nice neighborhood.
2. Have time to spend with my husband and future children.
3. Make sufficient money to cover all expenses and be able to save and invest in the future.
4. Be in a career that offers flexibility and stability.
5. Be able to go on real vacations.
Always Back Up!

Of all the things I have learned in the last decade or so, one has been to back up, EVERYTHING! When you least expect it something horrible will happen. If you do not have things like an external hard drive or dvd burners, you still have options, like the IBackup - Online Backup program, the prices are not that bad, about 10.00 a month for 5gm of space, not a bad deal considering what you will be saving by not losing all of this information. They have a ton of options and seem reliable. Be sure to check it out before you loose everything. Even if you don’t use them, at least be sure to back up onto a CD or something often!

I know, I know. I have had alot going on the last few weeks, I keep meaning too, but it is all I can do lately to get in here and post some quality posts for PPP, which is much needed right now financially. Once things get settled down a bit I will be working on the new template, I promise it will be worth the wait, it is going to be great!
Real Estate investment resource

We discussed earlier the option of investing in property to make your home business, this opp came up at PPP today about a cool online property management software company, they are called Buildium and the software is to let you manage your investments including the collection of payments, fees, maintenance, etc. They have low monthly fees (nothing compared to the huge investment of buying the property) If I were able to invest in property I would definitely also invest in a good property management program.
If you have not yet jumped into this field, you should really consider it, it can be a very profitable and rewarding business. If I had the resources to get this done, I would do it in a heartbeat, I can just imaging buying a apartment complex or something and making it nice and homey, then renting it out to low income …
