Patiently waiting for logins

I still have yet to take a call for west, after finishing training nearly 2 weeks ago! I am waiting on the logins for the call taking site, they said it would take a week at first, now they are saying 2 weeks, and some are saying up to a month! I am going to forget everything I learned in training by the time I take a call! I am really hoping I get them soon, this is pitiful! No wonder everyone on the forums is unhappy about the line.
Oh well, money is money right?
