Do you Have Computer Problems…
I can remember when I lived with my mom and step father, my step father was the built in computer technician. He is the reason I know what I know about computers today. I also remember him using the RemotePC – Remote Accessprograms to help fix a computer from his, I am pretty sure that is the brand he used too. He would log on to my computer from his room and have the problem fixed in a jiffy, without having to come upstairs to help me. I also remember thinking they were using that to spy on me! LOL I was a teenager!
Anyway this program is on I keep on all of my computers, I have had to use it to work with a Dell technician on the phone, he could log into my pc and see the problem easily. It is also handy to have on my laptop, when I take it out and need something from home, I can just log onto my home PC and get it from online. One of the newest features I have not used yet is the feature to hook up to 10 computers and users, to hold a meeting from anywhere, perfect for web design, being able to show your client the work right then and there.
Superb post but I was wanting to know if you could write a litte a lot more on this subject? I’d be quite thankful in case you could elaborate a bit bit far more. Thanks!
