I am considering a few different options in business ventures. One being an affiliate site with an amazon a-Store, with it’s own domain name, that one will be simple enough to set up and only cost about 8 dollars for the domain, if I add it to this hosting. I am not sure that is a very profitable option though, still have some more research to do on that. Another is setting up a site for offering wordpress customizations, again, fairly easy to set up, and only 8 or so dollars for the domain name, using this hosting account (I can have up to 10 separate sites hosted here with their own domain.)
I am also looking into other options for some side income, I am looking to do something fun and different, what do you think?

Never heard of an “A-store”. Keep us posted. Sounds like something to look into. I’m on eBay myself and trying to get my blog going for Pay Per Post.
Connie, def check into it, they are SUPER easy to set up!
I have the a-store hooked up on my main SurvivingNJ.com spot…under NJ books I think…it’s self sufficient, but because it’s such a small market I have on it…not a money maker…otherwise, could do well…I think Dustin does something with that…from the boards, you can check with him or his site
aStores rock and are so easy to build! They also have a lot of adaptability, you can just use thelittle amazon search button in your blog, add a link to a specific product, create a number of different banners, ion various sizes, fill these by setting a particular search term. It’s amazing!
The Tracking is also pretty good too, as well as being a reputable online business the commission starting at 5% is OK too!
As you can set up 99 diofferent tracking id’s the potential is pretty unlimited too!
I’ve created a little website giving tips on setting up an aStore and some examples of what you can do with one. Hoep you don’t mind me plugging it!
