In case you all haven’t noticed, I have not been blogging alot lately. I am not really sure what is going on with me, I just have not had the motivation to get up and work, then when I feel like I do, well, I have been sick. But I think the main problem is simply that I got off track, I fell off the life wagon so to speak, you know?
Sooo, I am deciding today to work, regardless of how I feel, or what I feel like doing, for at least 3 hours, I am going to set a timer and just do it, I also joined the YMCA guy this weekend, I think some activity outside of the house and off my rear may help me have more energy. So, thats my plan; make myself work, and go to the gym… I think it will work- positive thoughts right?
