Back when I was a waitress, I googled it, I wanted to know all the tips and tricks on how to be the best waitress, and of course make the most money LOL But there was very little information. In my brainstorming, I thought about making a website for servers, with a forum, lots of tips and tricks, affiliate links to books and videos, articles, etc- all on how to be a good waitress. Well, that never happened, that little business idea flew away with time and life events- now I see the add for this- a waiter training video, wouldn’t that fit perfect in my waitress site? Why didn’t I do that? LOL
Then as far as product ideas go, why is this just being invented? And why didn’t I think of that? The Kapoosh Universal Knife Block, perfect idea, I must have one, everyone must …

At least this time it isn’t because I am sick! LOL I have been busy working on another project for my mom, typing up 3 handbooks into word for her company. I am learning alot about being a nurse in doing this! LOL It is pretty time consuming so I haven’t had much room to blog, but I did want to pop in here and let you know I am still here, just busy in the background. I am getting paid for it, I dont know how much at this point, but it does not really matter - it is just nice to know she trusts me and believes in me enough as a ‘work at home’ person to assign this. It means alot to me.

I wanted to share this great article with you, it is titled The Freelancer’s Toolset: 100 Web Apps for Everything You Will Possibly Need, and it even showed me a bunch of sites and applications I had not heard of before. The writer has it divided up in easy to read categories like Web Site Tools and Client Contact & Feedback. It took me forever to go through them all but that is because I am a web app junkie, I am constantly trying new methods to do business, at any given point I am trying at least 10 diffrent sites or web programs, I have to constantly uninstall old ones that don’t work! LOL
The only thing I can think to add would be MVelopes, the budgeting tool I use, while it isn’t free, it is amazing. But that is a whole nother story! :-) …
Late to the game

Well, looks like Postie con has officially moved from Orlando to Las Vegas, but it is not going to cost 200.00 to get in now, it will be free. I don’t think that makes it a deal for me though, with Orlando I was going to drive and stay at my Father in Laws (not some Orlando vacation home unfortunately!) so it would only really be 200 plus gas…. probably about 300 total.
But now with it in Vegas, it will be free, BUT alot more in gas, hotel, actually, that is way too far to drive for a 2 day event, so a plane ticket…. hmmm, I don’t know if I will be going, we will see.
