If you live in London or will be there around June 26th or 27th, you need to stop by the Online Marketing Show, Intelligent Online Marketing Ltd will be there all dressed up in fancy dresses just to show how different they are. I would love to go to a convention like that- imagine everything you could learn! I am still hoping to go to the Postie Convention in November, but we will see if that is possible! LOL Anyway, IOM is a pretty neat company- affordable too, I am considering setting up a campaign with them for my sites, as I haven’t had much time to do alot of self promotion, so I can possible have a better rank by the next google page rank update. They even offer little ’schools’ in online marketing for people like me that like to do the stuff themselves. Knowledge is power! They also have a ton of good articles, I think they need to add more to the resources section personally, but it is a great site none the less.

While I try to do all of my promotion and SEO myself, I think it is important for any business to do it regardless, and unless you have some great knowledge of the field, I would pay for it. As I tell my husband all the time, “know enough to know you do not know everything.” Just because you are great with business and websesign does not mean you are going to be good at SEO matters, it is not too expensive and can be well worth it!
