Think of your to-do list as an instruction set your Boss self gives your Assistant self. Like a computer program, if the instructions are clear, specific, and easily executed, you’re golden. I love the tips in this article, especially listing ‘done’ items, not only for records but to help you stay on track, it is nice to see how much you have accomplished. The blog the article is written on is also very informative, I have learned alot from them over the last while.
