I always like to see new and diffrent things online, and people that think out side the box are my favorite, thats why I chose Homebizblogger’s favorite monthly biz - Baltimore Locksmith this month- not only do they provide services but they offer referrals. It isn’t the regular ebay business or selling ads business. I would love to come up with a idea like this, and becoming a locksmith is not that hard, just call around and you could be up and running in no time, maybe even be part of a branch of the Baltimore one! Whatever you do while researching what business to be in, try to think outside the box, if everyone else is doing it, it could be an inundated market, try to be different.
Look in your local phone book, see what is missing, around here, we have a lack …
Offline Promotion Ideas

The new blog, wordpress reworked, is doing pretty good. I’ve already had quite a few clients, and just finished with the redesign drawing. The only promotion I have done thus far is when I promoted the contest; every day at been working at promoting all three Blogs by submitting to directories and search engines, but I’m thinking about doing some offline promotion for the design blog, like getting imprinted pens or even printing up some flyers.
They had some pretty cheap ones online and if I only spend like $50.00 then just getting one redesign client from them would make it worth it. What do you think?

I love the tips in this article, especially listing ‘done’ items, not only for records but to help you stay on track, it is nice to see how much you have accomplished. The blog the article is written on is also very informative, I have learned alot from them over the last while.

While I am completely lost at this time as to what this is, there is alot of hype surrounding it, just check out the Project Eplay website, the Evolution Day Video or even the Social Networking site. While I am completely lost on what it is, I decided to go ahead and sign up, it is free and only asked for my email address and name so far. What is a home business blog without taking chances right? At this moment I have signed up through and have my own eVo website, I am going through all the details now to see what the heck this is! After going through the personal website, I am still clueless, I am guessing they will tell me something in email. I will keep yall updated. So far no risk involved in this so go ahead …
Blog Promotion 101- Link Exchange
June 25, 2007 | Author: Eve Lester | Filed under: SEO and Marketing
My last post in the series detailed on how to get listed in the search engines. More than likely your blog is not anywhere near the top of the results for your keyword choices as of yet. (Unless you have already been working on this or you have a very niche blog) In order to do this you need to understand what increases ranking. One thing the search engines look for is keywords, so be sure you try to include them in your posts as often as you can, but do not get stuck in the trap of writing for the search engines, always focus on your readers, the rest will come.
