House Hunting

We talked to another real estate broker yesterday, it looks like there might actually be decent houses in our price range after all. I still want to go talk to the bank and get preapproved first, I really really don’t want to go looking for a house, find one, fall in love, then get denied. You know? Plus I am not quite sure I am ready to buy a house, it is hard enough to get Joseph to help out around here, let alone if we had a house where we would be responsible for grass, repairs, everything. It is scary.

Get Joseph lots of yard tools like riding mowers, weed wackers, leaf blowers, hedge clippers, etc. and he will love you and work like a mad man around the house.

Really good idea to get preapproved for a mortgage loan. I don’t know why so many people seem resistant to doing that before going to look at houses.
