Being a blogger, I am constantly on he lookout for new and highly ranked directories, and the more they are promoted the better, hence why I accepted the offer to help review this blog directory.
The first think I noticed was the design, it is a really welcoming color, and looks professional at the same time. While the submission costs are some of the highest I have seen, they are promoting themselves pretty hard, so the money you spend to submit, if you shoes to, would hopefully go back into the SEO of the directory itself, meaning more page rank, more visitors to see you site, and so on.

When you are a freelance writer/designer/consultant, you will need to have your portfolio out there, and while you may have a blog, that is not always enough, you need to register at several freelance job matching sites, like SixQ where they can help match you with potential employers by a. registering with them they can alert you when a job comes up that may match your skills, and b. by listing the available jobs that are all over at several job sites, like comparison shopping for a job! Anyway, if your a freelance, head on over an register at SixQ.biz, there were all sorts of categories, I may end up placing a job for someone to help me with marketing, but I am not sure of what to offer as money.. I need to research that I suppose.
