Coaching with Clay Nelson Life Balance™

clay.gifLast week I received a CD set from Clay Nelson, it is a life coach CD, about 4 in the set if I remember right. While I was sick and nothing on TV I listened to the CD’s, he seems to have some real good points and sounds professional enough.

I would love to have a life coach, like one personally for me, well, I guess my therapist would be my life coach, she seems to know everything. Anyway, this Clay Nelson fellow’s CDs are very uplifting and positive, it talks about one of my favorite methods of motivation- the power of positive thinking. I don’t practice it nearly enough, mainly I am an expert in negative thoughts, about my weight, my writing style, the house, you name it. I am thinking of buying a book from Louise Hay to replace the one I lost, her books helped me a lot.

The only complaint I have about the CD’s is how repetitive they can be, saying the same point 3 different ways. While that may drive in the point for some, for me it was a little annoying - but all in all they were great CD’s. He also has a radio show, I haven’t heard that yet.
