A while back I went to a Real Estate course, I only went to 4 classes, the teacher was extremely old and slow, I had planned on leaving that school and driving to Gainesville to go to a school there…. this is where my problem comes in; I didn’t follow through! Here it is almost 6 months later and I haven’t thought about it in the last 3 months! Pitiful, I would be a great real estate agent, I have done my research and am a pretty good sales person, I worked at a modular home company for half a year as a sales agent. Joseph’s (my husband) dad lives in Tampa right now, and he would love to be closer to family at some point but will not quit his job to do so- especially with yesterdays promotion and raise! I could make so much more money in the Tampa real estate business than here in Columbia county!
The Tampa Real estate site above has all the money figures, they don’t have any for my county (Columbia) but gives a good picture of neighboring counties. I need to call a gainsville school today- it is back on my to-do list now!
