Designers - Enter the Ford Logo Contest

October 2, 2007 | Author: Eve Lester | Filed under: Design, Money Matters

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

Ford Blue Oval Scholarsis holding a design competition, to get a better logo. It is sponsored by ford and you can win the Adobe Creative Suite 3 - Production Premium, $300 towards design software of choice, $150 towards design software of choice, or $50 Music download card. Determined by placement (first, second, third, etc.)

It is really easy to enter thelogo design contest, just design something better than the logo above and submit it to the site. There is a short form and a upload option. The Ford Blue Oval Scholars site will be a site to help the scholarship winners a place to network, start programs, and get help with using the scholarship, including personalizing their relationship with ford. I think it is great that ford supports so many college attendees. Not only do they have my dream truck (Ford F150) but they are charitable. I also like the fact that they are a big company using paid blog posts to advertise the business, it really shows that what we say matters enough for companies like ford to hire us.

I could have really used a scholarship when I went to college, but I didn’t even think to apply at ford, maybe now that they are getting more publicity they will be able to help more people.
