ezine.pngIt is possible to make money without selling a product. One of the ways to accomplish this is by publishing a eZine, which is a electronic newsletter on any topic you choose.

A eZine is really easy to get started, you just write a few articles on the topic of the newsletter and send it out on a regular basis. The best part is you have many options in sending out your ezine, from using manual process to using something like Constant contact to help automate the process. By using a program like , you do not have to worry about being sued for spam, as the program makes sure all required features are in the email (easy unsubscribe options, contact info and whatever else is required now).

As a ezine owner you will be able to influence people in your area of expertise and grow your subscriber base very easily by word of mouth, if your current subscribers like it they will be more likely to reccommend it on their blog or website. You also have all of the perks of a traditional newsletter publisher, without having to chop down lots of trees in the process.

A good place to start would be to sign up for the , they have some usefu info on running a website, eZine, etc.

Once you have grown your subscriber base comes the good part- advertising! You will need to advertise your eZine some, but once you have a decent amount of subscribers you can then contact companies related to your topic and ask them to advertise in your ezine. Remember, the more subscribers you have the more you can charge.

Let me know if you start or already have an ezine so I can sighn up, I love eZines. If you have any questions feel free to ask away.

Really great idea, eZine is really easy to get started, you just write a few articles on the topic of the newsletter and send it out on a regular basis.

But if you do this, doesn’t the eZine itself become your product? ;-)

Anyway, thanks for the tips! I think eZines can be useful in a lot of situations.

Hi,

eZine is a great way for earning money without having to sell any product. You just have to write articles that you feel like interesting to you. Then submit your articles and wait for the people to dig them.

eZine could be very beneficial for those who has the talent of writing but what about those people who doesn’t have the magic touch of writing?
