Business VoIP information

October 24, 2007 | Author: Eve Lester | Filed under: Business Advice

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

I use vonage for my phone system, but if I had more money and a few employees I would really look into the new Packet8 Virtual Office, they have options where you can have a ‘virtual’ call center or attendant. This solution would make any home business look so much more professional. From routing calls where they need to go, to having an overhead paging system in the office.

This is another one I need to get my husbands boss to look into, the phone system they have at the office is old and not very efficient. Nor is it user friendly for callers (like me trying to reach my hubby!) I think having thses low cost Business VoIP options can really help grow a business now, no longer do you have to pay thousands of dollars to get a good business phone solution. Definitely head on over and check it out!

Regardless of who you choose as a phone carrier, please remember to have a seperate line for personal and work, you don’t want a potential client calling and your teenage answering with ‘what’, have a professional greeting on your home phone and make sure your household knows either to not answer the phone, or to be professional in doing so.
