If your thinking about investing check out MyWallSt.net, it is a social network site for investors, where you can have friends and advisor’s to help you, we are looking into getting into mutual fund investing for our retirement, and this site will help a lot to find one we can afford right now.
Dave Ramsey mentioned there are ones you can start for only 50 dollars a month, they are hard to find, but we are looking, maybe this site will help me find a good one, if you know of one let me know, I am having a hard time finding one. If we start now, at 24 and 26 (eeeek, I am almost 26) I figure we will have enough by the time we retire that we will be fine. The social site looks great for beginners and perfect for me, I just wish …

Another potential problem that can result in a penalty is called “keyword stuffing.” It is important to have your keywords appear in the text on your page, but sometimes you can go a little overboard in your enthusiasm to please those spiders. A Search Engine uses what is called “Key Phrase Density” to determine if a site is trying to artificially boost their ranking. This is the ratio of keywords to the rest of the words on the page. Search Engines assign a limit to the number of times you can use a keyword before it decides you have overdone it and penalizes your site.

When we go through the day, working and interacting, do you ever make a difference? Today was a particularly hard day, but on one of my 80 phone calls I made today the gal on the other end sounded really down, I forced back my own bad mood and asked her how she was doing…. it was like a weight lifting off of her voice, no one had asked her that all day, she was feeling burnt out.
So, next time your talking to someone, at the gas station, whatever, ask how some one is doing, say “have a great day”, or just smile, your gesture could turn someones day around. Think about it.
Business VoIP information

I use vonage for my phone system, but if I had more money and a few employees I would really look into the new Packet8 Virtual Office, they have options where you can have a ‘virtual’ call center or attendant. This solution would make any home business look so much more professional. From routing calls where they need to go, to having an overhead paging system in the office.
This is another one I need to get my husbands boss to look into, the phone system they have at the office is old and not very efficient. Nor is it user friendly for callers (like me trying to reach my hubby!) I think having thses low cost Business VoIP options can really help grow a business now, no longer do you have to pay thousands of dollars to get a good business phone solution. Definitely …

The good news is that Search Engines have figured this out, and are now on guard for “spam” pages and sites that have increased their rankings by artificial methods. When a Search Engines tracks down such a site, that site is demoted in ranking or completely removed from the Search Engine’s index.
The bad news is that some high quality, completely above-board sites are being mistaken for these web page criminals. Your page may be in danger of being caught up in the “spam” net and tossed from a Search Engine’s index, even though you have done nothing to deserve such harsh treatment. But …
