So you want to know how to start blogging? Not sure where to begin except you’re asking yourself “how do I start blogging?” It’s actually incredibly easy.
Pick a niche topic, find a blog host and start!
Yes there is more to it but if you are serious about starting a blog in 2008 I recommend you visit these few resources:
Bloggeries Blog Forum – Ask as many questions as you can; we were all beginners once. Also through asking questions you’ll be networking as well it’s WIN WIN!.
Blogging Guides – We built some tutorials and guides to help someone get familiar with the blogosphere and how everything works.
If you are totally new to the internet you may want to consider one of the free hosted ones but if you’re remotely serious with even the slightest computer knowledge I recommend using WordPress on a self hosted domain. Even if you aren’t that savvy it’s alright; that is what forums are for. You will find someone or a previous thread explaining exactly how to do it.
I’d definitely not be where I am today if I had not spent lot’s of time learning and networking in forums.

I keep several blogs & forums and allow people to write their comments on them. I check regularly and remove any swear words, etc. I also ask commentors not to leave any derogatory terms on the blogs/forums.. However, that said, am i still legally responsible for the content on my blog/forums if they write a defamatory comment or abusive comments?. Many thanks..
