You really can't see the magnitude of that until you don't have it in your life. It allows you to focus more on the things that matter, the things you are good at and passionate about, in turn driving your energy levels to a higher degree, giving you a better edge. I noticed when people start talking smack about other people is a huge energy draw and a downer for your edge, getting wrapped up in it is quite easy though as I am sure we all do, family gossip, office gossip.
