Recently in my travels through the internet I came across a blog post by SEO Design Solutions which discussed 4 must have SEO Tools. Being an SEO student myself I’m always eager to learn what some seasoned vets are suggesting. Little did I know I was going to find the coolest new tool I have found in quite some time.
The Compete Analytics Toolbar is awesome. It lists how trusted a site is and most importantly mentions a people count. If you go to there website you can even compare sites. No longer do we need to look at Alexa which is skewed to all heck. It’s awesome to go to a site and see how many people came through in the last 30 days. What you’ll find instantly is that some of the sites you thought were great with low alexa get very few real people coming while others that are nothing special on alexa are actually powerhouses.
I would also recommend reading the blog I linked to at the top of this post. It’s not everyday I come across a blog and it instantly becomes one I go to daily and read most of the older bloggeries.
So did you know that this fabulous tool existed and what are your thoughts on it? I’m loving as I’m sure you’ve all concluded by now.

I’ve heard about this product but not actually used it myself yet. I look forward to trying and testing it.
I have a feeling you’ll love it and look at the net a different way. Check out facebook once you install it and realize why it holds the alexa number it does lol. The big boys get a tone of traffic; be sure to note the gmail number too!
