I find that it's cut down on my posting frequency, but improved my blog writing - as I tend to get to the point a bit faster. (Yes, that is faster... even if it takes me ten times longer than the average bear!)

I'd actually recommend that first time Twitter users follow around 300 until they get the sense of the flow - then yeah, around 1k is a good mix.</description>

I'm also very excited about micro-video blogging currently marketed by seesmic but first I need to get my hands on a good camera.</description>
